Tomas is a Neuromuscular Physical Therapist with a dedication for helping people be pain-free and able to do whatever they want without worries.
He has 12 years of experience in rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and is known for his ability to find the key link causing the patient’s issues. During his time as head of programming and education, working with many hundreds of clients (from 7 to 84 years old), he learned to appreciate how small changes over a longer period can make a massive difference in people’s lives at any stage or age.
Tomas received a Higher Diploma in Physical Therapy from the National Training Centre in Dublin and has since completed many courses in functional rehabilitation, movement, and different health topics. He is passionate about understanding not only how the body works and gets injured but also how to fit the change, which is often required to help the client in their daily life. He strives to improve every day to provide the best service and experience for his clients.
In his free time, Tomas enjoys many different sports, ranging from martial arts, boxing, ultra running, and cycling to his recent passion for freediving. He also volunteered for a local Judo club, providing therapy services and helping with youth and their strength and conditioning, and is dedicated to giving back to the community. Overall, Tomas is a passionate therapist who is committed to helping clients enjoy their activities, whatever they are, and making a positive impact in their lives.
